What to expect:
Lead with Love is a 9-month journey for leaders ready to take things to the next level—whether that's mending your relationship with yourself, getting your first client, scaling to multiple 5-figure months sustainably, or learning how to nourish yourself no matter what’s happening in your life.
This unique group of 20 leaders will be intimate and handpicked by me and my team.
The group will meet 2 times a month for 9 months with one week of each month reserved for integration and rest. (That’s 18 zoom experiences total!)
You will learn all the components of my personal methodology: Regulate with Amy. We explore business and relationships through the lens of the nervous system, mindset, divine essence (masculine and feminine) energies, relatable communication, and more.

This month, we’ll map out your nervous system and how it relates to your leadership. You will befriend the shadow that is keeping you stuck and making it hard for you to find the joy and pleasure of your purpose-based business and your life in recovery.

We’ll get into the down and dirty of your pricing, marketing, social media, time management, and packages. You’ll take inventory of what’s working, what’s not, why, and how to get your desired results. This will not be based on pre-designed strategies, modules, strategic formulas, funnels, or bullshit you’ve probably already tried. Instead, I’ll be working with the energy of what’s already alive in your business, your life, and your recovery. Together, we’ll create a plan that works specifically for you.

We're going to go there, to the parts of you that are still ashamed to come into the light and be held in compassion. Hi ya’ll, I’m Amy Guerrero.
Creating a life where I could live abstinent from drugs and alcohol, plus a business based on breaking the stigmas to bring REAL trauma-informed guidance to the treatment industry was not easy for me.
As a lifetime entrepreneur, I started writing a business plan in 2014 from my bed in my first treatment facility in Northern California. It would be two of the roughest years of my life later, in September 2016, that I would actually start my business from a sober living facility.
Today, I support leaders in creating healthy, intimate relationships in all areas of their life, from partnership to money to business to family— all of it. I help leaders in recovery like you get out of their comfort zones and take their life to the next level.
But listen—it wasn’t always that simple. In 2017-2018, I was over 200k in debt from investing in my transformation and my business. I was in a constant state of “oh fuck” energy, causing my marketing and sales to feel hard. I always felt guilty for charging people that “needed” help.
By 2019, I figured out a way to make sales and marketing for my business easy, fun, and actually of full service to the dozens of humans I served in those 12 months. And in 2020, I tripled my income, purchased my first home, paid off 200k in debt, and scaled my business to serve over a hundred people in group and 1:1 coaching. Damn.
I tell you all of this because that’s what’s possible for you.
I’ve tried everything. I’ve tortured myself: studying all the books, doing all the worksheets, reading every resource from 12-Step meetings to Refuge Recovery to Life Ring (just to name a few). My approach blends the best of these modalities to create a tailor-made journey designed for you and your specific needs, desires, and goals.
