Lead with Love is a 12-month journey for leaders ready to forge a new path
This unique group of leaders will be intimate and handpicked for by me and my team.
The group will meet 2 times a month for 12 months with one week of each month reserved for integration and rest. (Times will be announced as we form our cohort & fluid with global timezones)

My WILD journey of discovery:
While creating a new LIFE for myself without drugs & alcohol
I was on a mission to create REAL trauma-trained guidance for my students, my business & the way I teach Regroovin.
Back in 2014, before the nervous system was a buzzword, I was challenging the norms of the treatment industry & business coaching.
As a lifetime entrepreneur, I’d had fantastic success in my consulting business & real estate…
AND
I was hiding, behind the success, with protective, yet toxic behaviors living a roller-coaster, “sex, drugs & rock-n-roll” lifestyle.
My body eventually collapsed & I became chemically dependent on alcohol & a client at my first (of many) treatment facility in 2014…
It was in my first treatment center in Northern California, that I began writing the business plan & my Regroovin’ methodologies that my work continues to evolve from.
However, I didn’t stop hurting myself till almost two years later…
In June of 2016 I stayed stopped drinking & by September 2016 I started teaching students in group work & 1:1 personalized guidance the Regroovin’ way of life
Today, I guide leaders, like you, to create thriving, healthy, intimate relationships in all areas of their lives…

My wild journey of discovery continued as a business owner too..
In 2017-2018, I was over 200k in debt from investing in coaches, programs, trauma training education & my business…
I was in a constant state of fight/flight, “oh fuck” energy, causing my marketing and sales to feel really hard; I always felt sensations of guilt for charging people that, “needed” help. (I was clearly in survival mode & serving from a place of victim consciousness and trying to save people)
By 2019, many mini-deaths, embodiment work, genital work & a commitment to practice. I found my way to invitational sales and marketing for my business& in service & alignment to guide the dozens of humans I served in those 12 months.
In 2020, I tripled my income, purchased my first home, paid off 200k in debt & scaled my business to serve over a hundred people inside my group & 1:1 coaching…

I’ve tried everything. I’ve tortured myself: studying all the books, doing all the worksheets, and reading every resource from 12-step meetings to Refuge Recovery to Life Ring (just to name a few) and invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into learning, practicing, and integrating.
My approach blends the best of these modalities to create a tailor-made journey designed for you and your specific needs, desires, and goals.
